Just Another Imperfect “BIG BREAK” Poem

I used to fantasize that one day
I would stumble upon my “Big Break.”
After that I imagined

I would be walking on sunshine
for the next 322 years of my life.

The more I live
and experience success,
the more I see

this simply isn’t the case.
With any luck, there will always
be more challenges.

This is a good thing.
Challenges bring out the imperfect best
in us and
WOW do we want to feel our best,
even with all the imperfection, frustration

and stuff!
