hat is something you yearn for in life, and have every reason to achieve,  yet routinely stop yourself from progressing towards?

If you are anything like me, you have multiple answers to this question.

Even now, after realizing my dreams of becoming a professional speaker, author, and Perseverance Coach, I could still spend hours contemplating this question.

What HAS changed are my answers to the question.  They are far different now than they were even a few years ago because I’ve trained myself to persist in taking steps towards what I WANT to achieve.

I coach my clients as someone who has experienced phenomenal growth throughout my life and consistently accomplishes things that, at one point, seemed impossible.  And yet, I also coach as someone who is still, very much, on the journey.

“Going through Jason Freeman’s coaching program has given me a sense of confidence that I didn’t know existed within me.  Moreover, Jason’s unique process has opened me up to be more comfortable in my own skin than I have ever been before – truly enlightening. The fear of public speaking used to own me, but after completing Jason’s program, that fear simply no longer exists.”

Co-Founder Perfectly Afflicted, Entreprenuer, Public Speaker

If you find yourself waiting for the perfect time to take action on what you desire . . .

If you get overwhelmed by the “what ifs” and uncertainties in plotting your course . . .

If you are sick and tired of letting your fear of doing it wrong convince you not to do it at all . . .

If you are anything like me.

Then, one of the principle things that holds you back from making the changes you want in your life is the fear of not doing it “right”.

I’ve become highly sensitive to this fear because, while it’s as natural as breathing, if left unchecked, it can stop us from doing anything at all.

The secret no one tells you about your fears is that they don’t have to be eliminated in order for you to move forward.  Your fears are simply asking to be acknowledged and respected. This sounds like a fairly simple process, but not always an easy one to accomplish.

As you acknowledge and respect your fears, I will guide you through the process of creating micro steps towards what you desire.  Your micro steps build to bigger steps – strides, even – as you find yourself well on your way to realizing the goal you immediately thought of when I asked the question above.  The overall purpose of the type of coaching I do is to help you create manageable steps towards what you want and persevere on your journey towards it.

If what I’ve said above resonates with you and you’re ready to move your goals and dreams  from the backburner to your everyday life, shoot me an email at [email protected] – Let’s have a chat about what you yearn to achieve and get you taking steps on the road to it.
